PainChek is pleased to announce its integration partnership with Hercules Health, a leading New Zealand Nurse & Auditor-designed aged care facility management software.

Hercules Health solutions guide organisations and staff to meet their compliance, operational and care planning needs efficiently, easily and in line with best practice. As well as comprehensive care planning and resident management modules, Hercules Health includes fully customised (Site by Site), up-to-date New Zealand compliant policies & procedures.

This new partnership will mean users of both Hercules Health and PainChek® can benefit from a direct API integration, pulling timely pain assessment data directly into the Hercules Health care planning system to allow for consistently up-to-date resident records and centralised accessibility of data for aged care service providers and staff.

Commenting on the partnership with Hercules Health, Philip Daffas, CEO & Managing Director at PainChek said:

“PainChek is delighted to have Hercules Health join us as our latest integration partner in New Zealand. This integration will bring pain assessment and care planning information into one seamless experience for aged care providers in New Zealand, enabling better informed decision-making and continuity of care for those who need it most.”

Gillian Robinson-Gibb, Managing Director at Hercules Health commented:

“We are thrilled to be partnering with PainChek to further streamline care management for our users. With this integration, aged care providers will have access to an innovative pain assessment tool and detailed pain profiles for each resident, enabling delivery of person-centred care and better outcomes.”

Riverleigh Care, which provides a wide range of residential care services in Lower Hutt, is the first to adopt the integration. Riverleigh Care is committed to caring for the total wellbeing of residents in an affirming and positive way, and continuously striving to find even better ways to provide the best clinical care.

Mela Tukana, Clinical Coordinator at Riverleigh Care, shared:

“Integrating PainChek® as part of our broader care planning software provides detailed insights at the click of a button, supporting more informed clinical decision-making around resident care. It also means there is no duplication of effort or manual processing, saving valuable time for our staff.”
