Andrew has a background in Psychology and has worked in both Australia and the U.K providing counselling within the homeless and prison communities. Shifting to corporate Psychology, Andrew specialised in change, culture, and leadership and led large scale transformations across the public and private sectors.
Andrew’s passion for working in Aged Care began in the role of General Manager at Mirus Australia where he led a team improving provider financial sustainability through advisory and SaaS solutions. In his current role as COO at PainChek, he oversees operations and client delivery for PainChek’s teams across the globe including Europe and North America.
