Her experience across global corporates, tech start-ups and IPO environments positions her to guide companies in scaling innovative medical technologies into major healthcare markets. Combining board, CEO and senior executive leadership experience with a strong background in strategy, risk and digital disruption, Lil has a demonstrated ability to help companies convert breakthrough technology into commercial traction and long-term shareholder value.
Lil is Chair of medtech company 4DMedical (ASX:4DX), a global leader in respiratory imaging that has grown from IPO in 2020 to a $2b+ market capitalisation and entry to the ASX200 in 2026.
