To use this PainChek® mobile application and associated website and PainChek® Platform (collectively, App), you, as the person using the App, must have the consent of the person/s you are assessing (Patient) to conduct pain assessments with the App.
The App is provided by PainChek® Limited (PainChek®) and you consent to our use of your and the Patient’s information (including health information) for technical notifications and direct marketing in relation to the App.
You consent to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of information for the Patient/s (including health information, data for tracking pain assessments, notes, and/or other information entered by you in the App for the purposes of improving App performance and for trend analysis and/or internal reporting.
You agree that your data and the data for the Patient may be shared with the organisation that has granted you access to the App via an extension of their App license.
You consent to the use of anonymised data for analytics including but not limited to trend analysis, App usage, clinical reviews, content for educational programmes and/or content for publication.
All data collected by the use of the App by PainChek® will comply with the Privacy Policy (which can be found here).
