Driving Positive Clinical Outcomes for Care Homes: Summary Report
PainChek’s continued growth in the UK social care sector has brought with it a wealth of data highlighting the impact it is having on individuals, care givers, and providers. This report summarises just a few of the projects that have been taking place and the positive results they have brought providers.

Since implementing PainChek® to improve the identification of pain for residents who cannot reliably self-report, providers have seen improvements in areas such as:
- Falls
- Inappropriate prescribing (e.g. antipsychotics and benzodiazepines)
- Serious injuries
- Safeguarding referrals
- Instances of stress and distress
