Nick has more than 15 years of leadership experience in technology, with a particular focus on the aged care and senior living sectors, bringing deep industry relationships, commercial acumen, and a strong commitment to advancing care outcomes through innovative technologies.
Prior to joining PainChek, Nick served as Chief Executive Officer of RCare, a leading nurse call solutions provider in the United States, where he led company-wide strategic initiatives and oversaw national expansion efforts. He also held the position of Head of US Operations at Nobi, a European-based AI-driven fall detection technology company, where he was responsible for introducing and scaling the solution across the US market.
Nick has worked extensively with senior living organisations across the USA, from single-site operators to large-scale aged care networks. His product-focused leadership style and strong grounding in care delivery have made him a trusted partner in driving operational and clinical improvement. He has also contributed to shaping technology standards and innovation adoption at a national level, having served as a Commissioner on LeadingAge’s Center for Aging Services Technologies (CAST).
