Based in Sydney, we’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator
to join our high-growth, global company.

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in the company’s marketing planning and implementation, with a specific focus on marketing communications, lead generation, and client and partner support to meet company growth objectives.

We’re looking for a dynamic, collaborative, and creative thinker who has a high level of attention to detail, and can work both collaboratively and autonomously to meet deadlines. It’s a fast-paced, varied, collaborative, and exciting role.

Working with the CEO and marketing lead, the core responsibilities span across digital and social media communications, lead generation initiatives, content creation, and project management.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Daily management of the website including publishing new or updated information.
  • Management and development of regular email marketing campaigns.
  • Management of social media platforms, content creation, and community management.
  • As part of lead generation approach, end-to-end event management; which includes webinars, virtual conferences, and partner events.
  • Management and implementation of digital marketing automation.
  • Management of award submissions and other ad-hoc projects.
  • Management of internal and external approvals processes. Includes information audits to ensure all communications are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Management of requests from internal and external stakeholders, including marketing and campaign queries and activities.
  • Custodian of the Company’s brand and the consistent implementation across channels.
  • Management of briefings with external parties for creative, communication, and technical projects.
  • Contribution to the continuous improvement of PainChek’s guidelines and processes.
  • Performance monitoring & reporting.

Who we’d love to hear from:

  • An all-rounder who is eager to learn and grow in their role, with:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing or Communications, technology or health preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving to keep projects moving and on track.
  • Ability to take direction, and be able to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
  • An eye for design and basic graphic design and photography skills.
