Charlotte James is a 28 bed Nursing Home based in Burton upon Trent. It provides a range of services but has a particular emphasis on quality dementia care. Charlotte James was among the first few care providers in the UK to adopt PainChek. Since then, they have seen a reduction in falls in certain residents as a result of better managed pain, as well as a reduction in behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD).
